Policies

Please read, print, and sign Rental Agreement. Any payments received by Jeff Stephens indicate the acceptance of the terms of our Rental Agreement in full. Please make sure all guest and /or members of your party are familiar with the policies pertaining to your rental.

  • Reservations Requirements: At the time of booking 50% of the total is due. The balance will be due 30 days prior arrival.
  • Confirmations: Confirmation of the reservation will be emailed upon receipt of the reservation advance payment, rental agreement, and deposit.
  • Security Deposit: $ 350.00  with booking is required to make a reservation. Security deposit released in 3 days after Check-Out.
  • Payments: personal checks.
  • Cancellations: 30 days before check-in receives a full refund. To canceled and refund must be e-mail tocontact@destinretalsproperties.com within 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Check-In is at 4:00 pm.
  • Check-Out is at 11:00 am.
  • Smoking: NO SMOKING is allowed.
  • Pets: NO PETS are allowed.
  • Minimum Age: Pursuant to our Homeowner’s Association rules and policies, we are unable to rent to anyone under the age of 25. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the rules and policies are put into effect for everyone’s enjoyment. The President of the H.O.A. is my next door neighbor “Don’t even ask or think about it”
  • The Holiday Isle Rental Property is in a 16 unit development that is primarily owner occupied; family oriented and is NOISE FREE after 11:00 P.M. per H.O.A. (Strictly Enforced).
  • Maintenance: Please report any problem immediately to Jeff Stephens at 770-335-7379. We will make every effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
